Depois de frequentar a Master Class Fermenting pelo holandês Fermenting Guru Christian Weij, conhecido pelo seu livro “Verrot Lekker” (traduzido literalmente “Rotting Good”), partilho o meu conhecimento no Algarve.
Durante esta aula, vamo-nos concentrar na teoria, segurança, aspetos culturais e história da fermentação.
Você fará sua própria assinatura SauerKraut e “Ferment-Art”
Com esse conhecimento, você pode ir adiante e fermentar na sua própria cozinha.

Custo deste workshop: 45 euros, incluindo materiais (todos os vegetais biológicos locais e frascos novos de fermentação)

After attending the Master Class Fermenting by Dutch Fermenting Guru Christian Weij, known for his book “Verrot Lekker” (literally translated “Rotting Good”) i’m sharing my knowledge in the Algarve.

During this class we will focus on the theory, safety, cultural aspects and history of fermenting.
You will make your own signature SauerKraut and “Ferment-Art”
With this knowledge you can go ahead and ferment away in your own kitchen.

Cost of this workshop: 45 euro, including a materials (all organic local veggies from the Bio Convent Garden and fermenting jars)

Nach dem Besuch der Meisterklasse Fermenting durch den niederländischen Fermenting-Guru Christian Weij, bekannt für sein Buch “Verrot Lekker” (wörtlich übersetzt “Rotting Good”), teile ich mein Wissen an der Algarve.

In diesem Kurs konzentrieren wir uns auf die Theorie, Sicherheit, kulturelle Aspekte und die Geschichte der Gärung.
Sie machen Ihre eigene Signatur SauerKraut und “Ferment-Art”
Mit diesem Wissen können Sie in Ihrer eigenen Küche gären.

Kosten für diesen Workshop: 45 Euro, inklusive Material (alles Bio-Gemüse aus der Garten und topfen für fermentieren)

Tijdens deze les zullen we ons focussen op de theorie, veiligheid, culturele aspecten en geschiedenis van fermentatie.

Je maakt je eigen signature SauerKraut en “Ferment-Art”
Met deze kennis kun in je eigen keuken fermenteren.

Kosten van deze workshop: 45 euro, inclusief materialen (Biologische lokale groenten en potten om te fermenteren)
