Chi Flow is a modern interpretation of movements from Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Makko-Ho and other Asian exercises that help your body to balance and activate the flow of your life force – your Chi. Let the movement become one with your breath. Stretch your muscles gently, carefully widen your tissues, open up for your Chi to flow. Look towards your inner movements, observe your mental and emotional state, don’t judge your discomforts, embrace every sweet pain with gratitude, breathe out and relax into the full presence of your Chi-Body-Awareness.
