Developing your personal yoga practice. Weaving breath & movement into a meditative flow. Individualized teaching. Great for complete beginners & those with injuries/limitations.
Move along at your own pace and learn a sequence of postures according to your ability and readiness. All students will be individually guided with step-by-step instructions and sensitive hands-on-adjustments. Look forward to feel more energized, focused and calm while improving strength, stamina and flexibility.
Regina Ehlers has been a yoga practitioner since 1992. After learning the Iyengar method for four years she gained an appreciation of the flowing sequence of postures in Ashtanga Yoga in connection with her experience of the meditative stillness found in meditation. Having studied with Sri K Pattabhi Jois & Sharath Rangaswami in Mysore for several years she was blessed & authorized to teach this method. She taught in her hometown São Paulo and in Goa for many years before coming to live in Portugal. For her, the meaning of this practice lies in that mindful quality that nourishes and empowers and this is what she looks to share with her students.
