YOGA: Dream Yoga (Yoga Nidra)

An event every week that begins at 10:30 on Tuesday, repeating until 28.01.2020
During these Dream Yoga sessions, we will enter the magical world of Yoga Nidra. This is a state of awareness which is neither sleep nor awake. We will drop from a state of doing, to state of ‘being’. In this deeply relaxed state, our intrinsic wisdom and higher state of consciousness are allowed to arise, and we can realise our True Nature.
Using this powerful technique, we can dissolve anxiety, unhealthy conditioning and thought patterns, and find answers to problems and questions in our daily lives.
From this place, our subconscious can access our innate tools for healing, and deep restoration can occur.
The sessions will include mantra and sound healing for a multi-layered, rich experience. You will be in savasana throughout the session.
Mats and blankets will be provided, but for extra comfort please bring a warm blanket and wear warm clothing and socks.
