The 8 week Mindfulness for Life training is a well-established and scientifically-proven progam (also known as MBSR or MBCT-L). If you would like to learn to be less occupied by the mind and thinking, look for different ways to move through difficulties and would like to learn a way to support your overal well-being, mental health and feelings of calm & joy, then this training is for you. Elisabeth Tiesinga (Liz) is a certified mindfulness trainer since 2012 and has a personal mindfulness practice for over 12 years. She is from Dutch origin and settled in the West Algarve about 9 years ago. Besides mindfulness trainer, she also works as a mindful birth doula. She is currently in training as a grief educator, through which she would like to bring a mindful approach to the field of grief and loss.
Her participants describe her as authentic, caring, non-judgemental, emphatic, a great listener and skilled trainer.
