An event every week that begins at 18:00 on Monday and Wednesday, repeating until 30.11.2022
The Hatha Flow connects the breath (Pranayama) with the body (Asana) to get in a deeper meditation (Dhyana).
By flowing with your body, breath and mind you experience your higher consciousness.
The classes can vary but always start slow and gentle, build up to an intense peak and end with a deep relaxation.
