A movement practice where we take time to breathe in the postures. Trough a mindful slow flow, work on the mobility, stability and flexibility of the physical body. Feel calm and present.
Slow Flow Yoga is in sharp contrast to the power yoga or the aerobics-based active version of it. This type of Yoga is actually a combination of a modified Vinyasa Flow and Hatha Yoga. It does not have as many transitions as the classic Vinyasa yoga but has more flow than Hatha Yoga.
One of the greatest characteristic features of this yoga is that it is suitable for all age groups. It encourages you to stay in the moment while improving your attention span. The slow speed gets to you, cools down the mind, and you get a better perspective of the surroundings.
