The dining room which is facing the well-equipped open kitchen is located on the base level of the house. Large windows in the kitchen offer stunning views of the colourful garden and coastline.

On this same level the villa offers two more bedrooms: the large master ensuite bedroom and a kids-room specially furnished for children with a bathroom. 
Both bedrooms have direct access to the beautiful backyard with several sitting areas that invites for an outside breakfast or an aperitif while the kids are benefiting from the spacious lawn with a playground.

The outside dining area with a big BBQ is close to the kitchen and perfect for a nice dinner in the evenings.
