The villa is composed in two parts upstairs with a living room, kitchen and eating area as well as one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom plus an additional bathroom.
Upstairs you will find a terrace overlooking the garden and the ocean.

From this terrace you can reach the lower part of the villa, where you can find another open kitchen and living room area as well as another bedroom and a bathroom.

The special part about this lower part is that the master bedroom has an adjoining bedroom with 2 single beds (please note that the adjoining bedroom has a lower ceiling).

Outside downstairs you will reach the pool and garden area as well as the BBQ.
