DESCRIPTION:

The detached Villa Lena has a living area of 200 m², a fenced and view-protected garden of 1200 m², a pool of 10 m x 5 m and is located in the Algarve in “Vale da Telha”, in the middle of a large settlement of detached houses and villas.

The living room with a beautiful fireplace, which heats the entire house via central heating, is spacious and directly connected to the kitchen. There is a 42′ flatscreen TV (satellite receiver), radio and W-LAN at your disposal. In the very well equipped kitchen you will find a fridge-freezer combination, a gas cooker with oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster.

Adjacent is the dining area, from which you have – due to its large glass surfaces – a wonderful view of the pool and garden. If it should not be so warm, this is a pleasant room to enjoy the warm sun rays sheltered from the wind.

The house has three large bedrooms with spacious fitted wardrobes. Two of the bedrooms have double beds of 2 x 2m each, one of them has a bed of 1.60 x 2m. Each bedroom offers access to the pool-garden area. The windows and doors are all fitted with fly screens.

The two bathrooms are each equipped with a shower, toilet and washbasin, bidet and an additional electric heater on the wall, which you can switch on individually if required.

Outside, the large palm trees give the garden with pool a special holiday feeling. Due to the high and dense hedges, this area facing away from the street is absolutely safe from view and you can – if you wish – feel like Adam and Eve.

The more than 60 sqm covered outdoor sun deck with chill lounge furniture is the ideal place to relax. Here everyone can find a place in the sun or shade. Be it just to drink a cosy cappuccino or cocktail.

A new addition is our wellness house where you have another shady spot to relax and listen to the sound of the palm trees. Or you can enjoy the morning sun with a coffee. The infrared cabin cannot be used in summer.

Right next to the wooden deck is a stone table and seating area with a wood-burning oven and barbecue. Not to forget the terrace with another large dining table and 6 chairs. Due to the various seating and lounging options, everyone can find a place to retreat to.

In the villa, a central heating system, which is connected to the fireplace in the living room, ensures pleasant temperatures throughout the house. In addition, there is a heating, air-conditioning and dehumidification system in the bedrooms and living room.

The electricity in the house is generated via the solar system, as is the hot water via solar panels.
An additional water filter for the drinking water is installed in the kitchen, so that you can do without buying plastic water bottles. This is another contribution to the protection of our environment.
