Welcome to Casa Gruni – Beach house, our wonderful home close to our favourite beach, Monte Clerigo. Casa Gruni exudes comfort and style, promising a truly unforgettable stay.

The property has a lush and fully grown garden area with several comfortable south facing seating areas to enjoy the sunshine. The large sliding windows opening into the garden of the living and dining room area allow a wonderful open space feeling on hot summer days.

The fully equipped kitchen area opens up into the garden and BBQ area. Three of the four bedrooms are located on the ground floor, all sharing 2 bathrooms in total. The curved stairs in the living room will bring you up to the fourth ensuite bedroom overlooking the garden.

It is possible to park your car safely along the road outside the property.
